Volunteer
A message from the Superintendent
Thank you for choosing to share your time and talents as a school volunteer! We hope this experience brings you as much joy and fulfillment as it does for our students.
Volunteering in a school can be a new adventure for many adults, different from what you might remember from childhood. There’s so much to love about being a volunteer: you get to inspire our students, support our staff in meeting their needs, and strengthen the connection between our schools and the community. Each visit makes you a part of our school family, and you truly make a difference—your efforts are deeply appreciated!
You’ll find our volunteer handbook below. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. On behalf of the students and staff of RSU 22, thank you for your wonderful commitment to volunteering!
Warm regards,
Nick Raymond

Volunteer Opportunities
Opportunities
Parent involvement looks different for every family! Whether you have 15 minutes a month or 3 hours a week, whether you can visit during school hours or only volunteer from home in the evenings, there are meaningful ways to support our students and staff. We value ALL forms of involvement.
When you take the School Climate Survey this year, please know that cutting materials at home, sending encouraging notes, organizing a class party via email, helping with homework, and donating supplies all count as "volunteering on special projects."
