About Erika

My name is Erika Oliver and I am one of three School Counselors at Hampden Academy.  I have been a School Counselor at Hampden Academy since 2011.  Prior to that, I spent a year at Washington Academy.  I received my Masters Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Maine in 2010. I graduated with my Bachelors degree, having double majored in Psychology and Child Development, from the University of Maine in 2005.  I grew up in Brewer, and graduated from Brewer High School.  

At Hampden Academy, I am also the SAT/ACT test Coordinator, AP Coordinator, and Exchange Student Coordinator.  Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband and four children, two dogs and two cats.  I enjoy reading, traveling, and exploring Maine in the summer.
